Lyndsy Fitzniak

Happy lady in the forest

Lyndsy has a deep love and appreciation for the healing and inspiring power of nature. She shares this love and appreciation through her roles as a parent, an educator, a Certified Interpretive Guide, and a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide. Within these roles, Lyndsy holds space for physical, social, and emotional well-being. Lyndsy incorporates forest bathing into her personal and professional life on a regular basis because it feels great and connects people to each other and the land.

Paying attention is a form of reciprocity with the living world, receiving the gifts with open eyes and open heart.
